They scheduled a repair person to come out to fix our solar battery problem.

We had a new home built in 2021. We are 100% off-grid, so we rely solely on our solar for all our electrical needs. We had always been on the grid in the past. We feel we were not given any instruction/education on our solar system from the original contractor –perhaps the intent was to keep us in the dark so we would stay dependent on him. So, we learned as we went. After struggling with the original solar contractor for two and a half years, my builder called Prometheus who contacted us.
