they couldn't grind our stumps down until we removed the rocks after they cut down our tree, he said to let them know once this was done and they would come back to do it (mind you we already paid for it) I've reached out to them twice and no response! I guess we are not getting the service we paid for fully done.

Dealt with tom, cut down a couple trees and we agreed on me paying extra for him to grind stumps 6 inches into the ground. Dude broke my aluminum fence, left mulch everywhere on mine and my innocent neighbors lawn, and the stumps weren’t even grinded to ground level. Stopped answering once he got paid.
