I contacted Proline to see if they could address our NuWater Septic System's alarm and they said yes. When the plumber arrived they said they had never worked on this type of system. While the plumber did a very thorough job of inspecting our system's physical condition, they were clearly not qualified because of lack of understanding or training on the microprocessor in the control panel. Everyone at Proline was knowledge, professional and friendly. They came out quickly to replace our broken water heater. Darrin was very patient and thoroughly explained the necessary repairs. The cost was comparable to other companies in the area. We will call Proline again if we have other plumbing issues.
