I'm not sure how all these other reviews got high marks. Story goes the owner Nicholas was on his way when he got a flat tire promised me and my mom he'd be there 8 am. I waited 3.5 hours in my recliner no phone call no text and come to find out since we are the tenants he told landlady he would not come out because he claims to judge me and tell me he doesn't want to see us. No warnings etc he claims to be a professional he need to go to school and learn what appropriate customer service real
