Sam was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained the entire process and exactly what he was going to do. Sam was extremely thorough and inspected both the inside and outside. We received a complete report, including pictures of the entire job, options, and recommendations. Yesterday I had my three gas fireplace serviced and when I called for the appointment I was told each one will cost me $350 but when wonderful got to my and looked at my fireplace he was super honest and polite and told it’s only $250 each I was super. During the service Sam was updating me with each fireplace and showing me how to operate each one which was super helpful. If I could give Sam 10 stars I would’ve.
