Update: The team came in promptly and replaced the water neutralizer. They were very professional and as a good faith gesture waived off the initial visit fee. Terrible! We were longtime, loyal customers and they installed a faulty part in a water filter that resulted in a massive flooding of our basement with tens of thousands of dollars in damage. They refused to even offer a dime of compensation so our insurer went after them. Avoid PWS at all costs!!!!
