So they did and it showed how bad our water is which didn't surprise me, we live in the city and most people have bad water. They said it would take 45 minutes tops on the phone. Service is friendly and good. Have had a Rainsoft EC4 (acid neutralizer, softener and RO system) for 10 years now. Original system was pricey but they support it good. Service usually arrives during estimate or slightly early. Last time they had to come later than the appointment window but they kept me informed of the tech being behind and made sure I was okay with them coming later.
