Summary is that Jim provides a top-notch experience! Prompt - Jim responds to messages in a timely manner. I really appreciated this, as this can be an issue with some companies. Honest - He’s transparent with damage assessment and if there’s any other work that needs to be done before he patches up the dry wall.
