After having a bad experience with 1-800 Junk I contacted Jimmy at Problem Solved. He was courteous, on time, and gave me an estimate that was very close to the rather modest charge. More importantly to me, he hauled some bulky but valuable bulky furniture away that thrift store would pick up. He found a home for a custom made maple desk with gorgeous marble top and matching credenza for me. It would have broken my heart to see that go to the landfill! I highly recommend this business!
