Horrible communication. I had an issue with them and had to call over 20 times to talk to anyone because their mailbox is full. Once I got ahold of someone, no one could make a decision or give me an answer without talking to the boss. If you choose to work with this business, get everything in writing. The price changed between what I was quoted and what I was charged. Overall, would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. First negative review I have ever left.

Pro-Tek has a top-notch facility with a professional friendly team. I had a great experience at Pro-Tek and never worried while she was in their care. They treat every car like a collectible.
