Joe came and discussed my complaint of a noise on a windy day. He found the storm cap movement because it wasn't screwed properly into the liner. He recommended new caps and that he would secure them to the liner. He also mentioned that the top of the stack which i found the term to be the Flaunching and the cement joints and some bricks were porous and they should be addressed.
