After the flood of 2025, Pro Serv put in furnaces and water heaters in our duplex. When both AC units stopped working, they found that the outside box was disconnected. Justin didn't waste time, and still checked things over after the fix.

First time using Pro Serve. I needed to have my home’s water supply switched from well to city. They were able to come out right away to assess the project, and the estimate followed shortly after. Unfortunately, the area experienced heavy rainstorms, which put our project on hold while they handled more urgent work.
