Honest and knowledgeable service!

My plumber Frankie was excellent. As soon as I sent him pictures of my broken shower head, he picked one up along the way to my house and was able to replace it within ten minutes. Frankie also added stronger water pressure. Pro Plumbers Inc are a fantastic plumbing service company and going by Frankie, only hire the best. I highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Emily who picks up the calls does not relay information to their field techs. I called numerous times and was told I would be put on a text thread with one of the field techs to come out and get a scope for the work needed. And after 5 times calling I was ignored and hung up on after being told the same thing over and over. Don’t bother with this company.
