Expensive for wha they offer! We are on a “plan”. And every time they come out. They try to sell something that’s not on the plan…. They once tried to tell me one of my sprinkler zones weren’t working and it would cost $800+ to get it up and running- I informed them that was not my property and they have no sprinkler system!!!! Was able to schedule them out on a Wednesday which is why we went with them. Once scheduled they had to reschedule for Saturday which was frustrating. Also, we notated that we wanted to talk to someone about moving a sprinkler. They came on Saturday, did their test and left. Never communicated to us. Again, very frustrating.

The service we received from Jacob Gribbson was excellent! He arrived immediately after we were notified he was on his way. He addressed all of our concerns and helped us update our app! Thanks for your great service!
