I contacted this company to get work done on my fireplace. After explaining my issue with a few areas of minor crumbling and chipping allowing bugs to come in, an appointment was scheduled. On the day of my appointment, a completely different company, Super Cleaners, called to say they were on their way to clean my air ducts. After reaching out to Pro Master again, I was told that this was their contractor. This is where my concerns began. This was not shared with me before the appointment,
