Did not provide service that was requested and failed to return the difference when I was overcharged. Contacted several times, each time was told they would send a check with the difference only to never receive one. Overall was at my home for about 10 minutes. Felt like an absolute scam.

I’m really disappointed in this company. They quoted me 129.00 to clean and assess why the pilot light was going out. Any part expected (thermocoupler $) would be in addition and the 129.00 and would go toward labor. He arrived 6 hours late and was angry that we were quoted a price. He Couldn’t really communicate or we couldn’t understand his heavy accent but he used a Dustbuster then windexed the glass and said nothings wrong it’s fine now you don’t need a part.
