They were chosen by our Home Warranty Company, American Home Shield. From the start, they did EVERYTHING when they promised & how they promised. When I called, they answered the phone, when the process advanced, they contacted us. The day of the Water Heater replacement came, they showed up ahead of schedule, everything was done flawlessly and with the utmost care. We could not be HAPPIER! If you choose not to use them, you WILL be sorry!

Horrible customer service. The first employee that came to repair/replace the garbage disposal ended up leaving without making sure it was working properly. We noticed that evening that there was standing water in the cabinet under the sink. They sent the same Employee out the next day and all he did was tighten something up and leave after he left. Over all, the new water heater was replaced. The mess the technician left was unprofessional. Where the water heater was replaced, calcium was peppered all over. Also, the floor was super wet and again, spotted with calcium. Out on the driveway was also left with lots of sediment and calcium. Just messy. Now a week later, it’s super white and chalky.
