We had carpet, LVP, quartz & cabinets installed by Primera. Only the carpet had no issues. Measurements were wrong everywhere, resulting with microwave initially not being installed and other appliances BARELY fitting. Some cabinet parts did not arrive at installation & we waited 6 more weeks for those to arrive. When quartz was installed, not enough room was left to install switch plate covers. We were told that the LVP could be installed over uneven sub floors, which we did not allow. Excuse

I have been very happy with our flooring purchase and installation from Primera Carpet One. Rob in the store was very helpful and informative. Installation completed by Paul and Micky was excellent.

First of all, they grinded cement floor without masking ANYTHING, furniture, walls, brick fireplace was coated with nasty cement dust. In my bathroom they said that they would use corner round to accommodate lower floor, they didn’t do that either. I would not use this company again if it was Free, headache from start to finish.
