Overall, the experience was OK. That said, they quoted one price for screen cleaning and the technician tried to charge $2 more Per screen. Also, they charged $2 more per sill cleaning. Then, they left 2 sills completely untouched. When I said something about it, they called it a small oversight, and offered to send someone out the next day…only after my wife cleaned them herself. Shoulda know it wasn’t going to go well when they were 45 min late to start. Fund someone better.

Gave my details over the phone for the number of windows. Received and accepted a price. When the workmanship showed up he told me the estimate was for half the number of window I had requested. Sure enough, the after the fact email quote was for less work. Felt like a bait and switch. And no, dont blame the customer. The workman agreed to do the work for my original quoted price. So he was honorable.
