Can not find a way to contact the chapel hill location to remove the insurance that was automatically added to our monthly charge. We now have the info needed but no email and the person on duty was “not available” when we were onsite. We are being charged for insurance we do not need and I am not sure why it is so hard to rectify that. I do hope this will be easier for all going forward but this seems shady.

Excellent customer service team! There was unfortunately a communication error that occurred with my unit which initially led to me receiving an unexpected unit. After calling the support line, I was quickly transferred to a new unit that fit my needs and the Chapel Hill office was incredibly helpful with accommodating the transfer process and honoring the initial pricing. The facilities themselves are well maintained, secure, and accessible to renters. Thank you Derrick for helping me escalate
