Friendly and good at communicating

Wow, showed up on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. Fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. 6 stars!!

The boys were great! Richard and his coworker explained things clearly and were very helpful, willing to answer my questions. They apprised me of all my options and the difference between how each option works, and were understanding that I was only willing to do what the home warranty company would cover, and I really appreciated that. They were courteous and professional.
