Freddy was very thorough. He replaced and added more traps with different bait. He also made some recommendations such as using sanitizers before cleaning contaminated areas, removing edible plants, and covering food or placing them in hard containers to discourage rodents from getting to them as we realized they were chewing through plastic bags.

On time, very polite, and completed the job thoroughly. Highly recommend Preventative Pest
