Very unprofessional. Originally had an appointment to have sink fixed took off work to be present. Ended up calling to see if they were still coming was told they were running behind. A hour after allotted scheduled time they called saying they couldn’t make it. Rescheduled and I missed them by 15 mins rushing home from work. Do you know they charged me a rescheduling fee?!!! Don’t get me wrong I was 15 mins late but if they would’ve never cancelled we wouldn’t even be here. I thought they would
