I am a Realtor. One of my listings had Prestige doors. 1 door wouldn't lock correctly. Brian scheduled it, Dane and Scott showed and fixed that door and gave the other one a tune-up. All punctual, friendly, and on time. It was under the lifetime warranty, so no charge. Highly recommended!
