About 5 weeks ago, I got a quote from Steve's Plumbing for 31k to do my exterior line that needed to be replaced. Prestige Plumbing introduced me to a mason who did the trenching and put an awesome cement path on top of fixed my exterior plumbing. Combined, they did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them. By partnering with Prestige Plumbing, I also saved 6k on this project AND I have a beautiful cement path. I would have had a more expensive dirt path by working with Steve's Plumbing.

Communication with this company is abysmal. Initial contact was promising, but they became completely unreachable for follow-up for over a week—no returned calls, no replies to texts, nothing. When this was later raised as a concern, their response was "we were busy" and "you can always look for someone else," followed by hanging up the phone (!). Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time.

Same day service on a Monday too! Called for slow draining pipes. Lance came down and snaked it but it was too big of a clog so he hydrojetted it. Years worth of build up came out. These guys are pros and I highly recommend their quality work and expertise!

needed help with 3 plumbing issues. Called Prestige and they came out next morning and fixed everything. Couldn't be happier.
