Presidio conducted a roof inspection, and from the first call I knew they would be honest and reliable. They gave me a call prior to the roof inspection and took the time to listen to our concerns leading to the inspection. The day of, their communication was great and follow up as well. I'd definitely recommend!

Will update if things get better but currently unhappy. Called them out to fix a leak in our ceiling in February. A big rainstorm hit, leak came back. They were responsive and came out quickly, said it might be the vent. Big rainstorm hits again and leak comes back. Emailed, heard nothing for a week. I get things happen and people get busy, but it is frustrating with all the rain we're actively having to watch the spot reappear each time and worrying about any other issues it may be causing. Cu
