This is the most worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a custom shutter in August 2024. They were to match the other shutter. It did not. So this company removed a louver to redo my shutter the correct color. Today June 13, 2025, I am still waiting for my new shutter and to return my louver from my other shutter. I have heard nothing after several phone calls. No one calls me back. This is unreal, never in my life have I dealt with this service. I paid $600.00 for this shutter
