We had guests that pulled our blinds off the track before they left. Looking through papers from the previous home owners, I found Prescott Window Coverings. I stopped by the store with a picture of the damage. They knew immediately what needed to be done. They came out, picked up the damaged unit, ordered parts, repaired it at their shop and reinstalled.
