The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The roads and ditch dept. Needs a lot of help. They make appointments they do not keep nor do you get a call or letter. They take over a year to complete jobs if they ever complete them. They are not consistent with the laws, bi-laws, rules, codes, or regulations.

There was a water leak on Glassford hill. I called for them to fix. They got there right away.
