Terrible experience from start to finish. First, we hired this company to complete a few cleaning tasks for a property that was 75% ready to rent. We needed the master sheets cleaned, the garage sweep, and the fridge and kitchen cleaned. Everything else was done. Everything else was spotless because we had personally deep cleaned. When we arrive to the home, we found a bin of trash, an old sponge out for guests, and somehow the old sheets from the owners lockout, were put on the master bed, not

We’ve used this cleaning service for 5 years. We never complained once about them being late or breaking things or going from 3 crew down to 2. Now they have stopped making the beds, no dusting, leaving beds unmade and 2 rooms not swept, vacuumed or mopped. They’re fired. This house doesn’t look like we just spent $225.00 to have it cleaned.

The team was amazing, they were on time and left our rental cleaned like we moved in. Everyone was friendly and very professional! Would recommend them to everyone!!

The crew did a great job however, when I called the office to tell them that my cabinets had been wiped out from a construction cleaning, Emily said she didn’t see on my order then got all mad at me and said I was screaming at them on the phone when I was trying to tell her I had a construction cleanup. That girl calls back try the same thing and she says we’re sending a supervisor over and I said oh no and she kept screaming at me and I hung up. Told him to send me the bill.

They come and clean our teen center which is a large building. They are kind, respectful and SO efficient. It is so clear when they have been here. The whole place feels sparkly and much less sticky. They have INCREDIBLE customer service and leadership. Each of their employees I have met has been brilliant. I am so grateful we chose them! We tried two other cleaning companies who were not thorough or reliable. Maid to Order is both thorough and reliable and SO MUCH MORE! Absolutely phenomenal I
