UPDATE I did have to return the easher and dryer as problem was not solved I wish they had gone outside to check the airflow but they refused clearly they missed something and they don't do all what their website says. Whatever you do DO NOT let them climb on top of your dryer. I had my dryer 2 weeks when they came out to clean ducts they did clean it out but failed to check the airflow and I caught one of them on top of my new dryer which dented it and I am not able to get it undented. T

The technician did not show up for the appointment. Though I left messages with the office, I did not received a call back.

An absolute joke of a service. Told Me they’d have someone at my house at 9am today. When I called to check at 9:30, they said they’d “call me right back” and let me know where the tech was. That didn’t happen. I repeatedly called the office for 20 minutes and no one picked up. Finally at 10:40, they called back and said turns out the “technician was sick.” Total joke.
