Can't get them to fix our shower that they remodeled. Water leaks on the outside of shower door. They came out to try and fix, but still have that problem. Left messages with 2 different people 2 different days and no one gets back to us. Very poor customer service. I guess they feel they got our $15,000 dollars they don't need to. We should have never paid them, but didn't know the problem until we actually took a shower after they were done. Think twice before using this company!!

I am thrilled with the product which was explained in detail by Kevin, the Operations Manager. Great guy.
