Do NOT use Premier Home Pros. They installed my shower several months ago, took full payment, and never completed the job. The trim was never installed, and despite multiple calls and promises that someone would “take care of it,” nothing has been resolved. Every time I called, I was either transferred to voicemail, hung up on, or told someone would follow up — but no one ever did. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. They advertise a lifetime warranty and claim to stand
