Left holes in our walls that we will now have to pay to have fixed and had our cameras shut off without explanation for nearly 2 hours, then denied having done so to our realtor. Do not recommend use of this company if you expect to trust a PROFESSIONAL in your home. Also had many inaccuracies in their report.

Unfortunately not a post I wanted to make. Brent Scott was requested and scheduled to inspect my home for a prospective buyer. His lack of professionalism and proper communication has cost me a contract on my home. He emailed my realtors office with a date and time he would do the inspection. To be fair he did email. However, his email was sent to the office email and ended up in the junk folder. A very poor coincidence Id say. Now beyond this single email no other attempt at contact was made.

Excellent company to work with! They are prompt, knowledgeable, very communicative, respectful and very helpful! My husband and I are so grateful for the clarity they provided! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection, termite, mold, and radon! They gave us our reports in a timely manner and were happy to answer all our questions!
