Terrible! They damaged and ruined both of my area rugs and refused to resolve the matter or be honest about it. Both Thane and his father Andrew Caird blew me off and were very unprofessional and rude. Do not use them!!

For three years I've had Thane and his company clean the older carpet and sectional sofa in our Airbnb in Bellemont. They always do an outstanding job removing the stains and preserving the carpet/sofa until we can replace them. I'm always amazed at how clean they look, and my guests appreciate it, too.
