Was given a scheduled date for pressure washing, but the company showed up and sprayed my unit on the wrong day. Since I wasn’t expecting anything and the weather was nice, my windows were open—resulting in water being sprayed directly into my home and soaking my belongings, including electronics. The lack of accountability and communication afterward made the situation even more frustrating.

This is the first time I've ever worked with Preferred Pressure Washing. It was a very good experience . They were a few hundred dollars cheaper than other companies with similar services. They showed up on time and did a great job very efficiently . House looks great!
