Preferred Pest has been taking care of our rat issue for several years, and we've been happy with them and their service. Recently, though, we had rats in our attic, and Preferred charged me $595 to set traps which took about 10 minutes, and would have included 2 follow up visits if needed. These were not needed, so I paid $595 for 10 minutes of work. Outrageous!
