Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend and will continue to have them clean our ductwork every 1-2 years. They truly use negative air pressure when cleaning vents. All big box names say they do, but they don’t. If they aren’t connecting to your return or plenum and sealing off supplies and returns, they aren’t using negative air pressure.
