We had a leak coming in from our bedroom ceiling fan on the 3rd floor of our townhome every time there was a major rain storm. We had a roofing company come out and patch some areas on our roof but that did not resolve our issue as the leaks continued after other major rain storms occurred. Precision Roof Crafters was able to come in and do a thorough test to find out where the leak was coming from (4th floor balcony door). We were quickly added to their schedule to have our repairs completed
