She immediately sent out Alex Snider to assess and fix the problem (My Hayward Aqua Rite Salt Generator board was reading No Flow, the generator light was not on). Heidi and Alex were very patient, informative and absolutely fantastic! In the end Alex installed a new Hayward Salt cell and flow sensor. The pool is working perfectly now. I highly recommend P

We had a power interruption to our pool equipment. Precision came out within 2 hours of calling and was able to immediately diagnose and fix the issue within minutes. There was prompt follow up with additional parts that needed to be replaced. They had the part ordered and replaced all within a matter of days. With the pending ice storm our concern was timing of repairs - which Precision Pool completely alleviated with their seemingly prompt standard of care. Will be using Precision Pool again f
