Garage door had become very noisy. Precision quickly dispatched Wes. He identified the issues and was able to show me the wear and damage. Multiple options were presented and I was able to select what I felt was the right solution for my needs. Very satisfied with the honest discussion with Wes on pros and cons of the selected solution as well as the costand quality of the repairs. I plan to continue using Precision for maintenance and service in the future.

I had some issues with the service and management called me and said they would look into it and correct the problem. I had the rubber of the bottom of my garage door replaced. They wanted to charge me more than I expected but it ultimately was fixed by management and I was happy.
