Called to get a quote for blown-in insulation. Spoke with someone who took my name and phone number to call back. I never received a follow-up call. Business must be good. Gave a 3 star because there are several good ratings, but customer service is obviously lacking. Went somewhere else.

They already filled the position when I messaged but they were still very nice and respectful people when they messaged me to tell me would work with again.
