Stay away from them, very bad inspection report, like their name report is also very precise. We paid for infrared also and after asking couple times only they shared images. Inspection report came very late while we had aggressive timeline for closing. Fortunately our seller had done inspection from their end already and when I compared seller’s inspection report with precise, I understood how short and bad inspection was done by Precise.
