Tim Arnold did an outstanding job on the inspection of our newly purchased townhome in Hinsdale. He was on time, thorough and he explained in detail all his findings. He took time to answer all my questions and did not rush through his inspection. He delivered, as promised, a detailed 32 page report the very next day. We shared this with our realtor and attorney, and it was useful in getting the seller to make some changes to the property before our planned closing.
