Most people don't understand, Powur is a platform. It's a technology. Like Uber, or like Airbnb. It connects local installers with nationwide name brand products and specialized solar consultants nationwide. It's completely innovative, and giving a bad review for an install not going well is like giving an Airbnb a bad review. That doesn't mean that Airbnb is a bad company or doesn't work properly or anything like that. It's important to know that when looking at reviews.

I am happy to say we have had a great experiance with our solar purchase. Our rep Cynthia Alvidrez, was knowledgeable and always keep us in the loop. The solar install looks great, no issues and I love the Tesla battery back up. (we have 2 batteries) Looks sharp and the Tesla app keeps us in the know regarding how much battery storage we have. This has been the worst consumer experience of my life. I'm going to go into more details, but I want to bullet point the bad for those who won't read. They literally looted my house, stole tens of thousands from my basement from install, told me that my daughter said it was ok. (I DON'T HAVE A DAUGHTER), but the system also never worked.
