Initial interactions good. Scheduling & communication upfront were excellent. Showed up on time, performed their diagnostic services. Was informed someone would get back to us with pricing, parts availability, and scheduling for repairs to fix generator. Nobody ever did. No followup/through for services needed.

Corey was very responsive to all communications and very reasonable for price and timeline. Would definitely recommend him to someone else looking to put in a car charger outlet. It doesn’t hurt either that he’s also from Michigan. Go blue!
