I don’t what their issues are but we paid them thousands for a system just for them not to explain the fundamentals and ignore us especially after they got full payment. I had planned on forwarding their business cards on to my inquiring neighbors but not sure that would be wise

They are the best, bestbuy was trash compared to them, you cant even compare the 2. I will only shop with powerhouse!!
