OVERPRICED! We have a Kohler generator and relied on the manufacturer's recommendation of this service provider. It was a mistake. When our generator (a newer unit) failed to start during a power failure, we called Power Systems West. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes-a dead battery- and replaced it. He did a few other things, but was there less than an hour. The total bill? An eye popping $988. We were stunned. In calling around, every other service provider in our area charges no more than
