I contacted Power NW after our solar install mysteriously stopped working 6 mo after installation by Purelight (who went out of business). Originally there was a scheduling delay, but Ethan absolutely made up for it by sending someone out, diagnosing and fixing our issue right away, for no charge. Chris who did the on-site work was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the issue in no time.
