Power Factor is an incredible company. Everyone we dealt with were responsive and professional. They replaced an electrical panel in our home. The electrician, Shawn, was great. He and an apprentice replaced the panel, cleaned up, and Shawn returned for the inspection. He took care of a small issue that was actually created by the generator installation company.
